A useful plugin for Wordpress users
Add imagery easily to your wordpress blog posts using the new iStock plugin

Today, iStockphoto and Wordpress have announced a very useful plugin for anyone wanting to easily add photos to their blog posts without having to leave the Wordpress platform.
Thanks to a new plugin by iStock member gutewolke, Wordpress users now have millions of low-cost, high-quality iStockphoto images at their fingertips.
The plugin automatically searches from over 13 million photos from the portfolios of iStockphoto and Fotolia to find the photos that match the tags you’ve added to your post. Simply select the photo you want to use, purchase a license to use it from $1, and the plugin will automatically add it to your blog post. The entire transaction can be completed in a matter of seconds.
Deliver the strong visual impact you need without a lot of extra effort, and you’ll have more time to start thinking about what you want to write next. The plugin, co-developed by Lee Torrens and Amos Struck, is available in the Wordpress Plugin Directory.

Urban Ruins
See how a Brooklyn based graphic designer brings old ruined buildings back to life with the use of some amazing photography
Tom Kirsch is a 27 year old graphic designer who has a passion for exploring old derelict buildings and taking eerily beautiful photographs of them.
His website, Opacity, features photographs from all around Europe and the USA. Kirsch risks life and limb to get these amazing photos as most of the locations are literally in-ruins. Most of the buildings are also private property so he is also very likely to get arrested, so don’t be trying this at home! .... disclaimer
Some of the featured destinations include an old disused Stella Artois brewery, a deactivated missile base, old psychiatric centers, and an old disused ski resort
The Pavement Artist
Most people have seen an example of his pavement art, but who is he?

Most people have probably had an email appear in their inbox with the title - “Wow - Amazing Pavement Street Art” or something along those lines!
Anyhow, the guy who has been creating these amazing projected pieces of art is called Julian Beever. He is an English chalk artist, and the projected style of art that he produces is called, anamorphosis. It creates an illusion that the artwork is three dimensional when viewed at the right angle.
Beever is an accomplished Wall Mural artist and also specialises in fine art paintings. He has worked as a freelance performer for many companies all around the world.
