Terms Explained

Space
This is the total of space that can be consumed on the server by the account. Our system counts web files, stored emails and MySQL data into the quota total.

Data Transfer
Data that is passed over to the internet or received via the internet is called data transfer and counted towards the account quota. This includes but is not limited to hits/visits to hosted websites, emails received and sent along with files uploaded to the server via FTP.

Mailboxes
The number of independent email accounts that can be setup on the hosting account such as you@yourdomain.com. Email inboxes can be accessed via webmail, POP3, SMTP and Imap.

Support Packages

Very often, you’ll find you need to add email accounts, or sub domains etc. as well as the odd technical bits which need addressing. You may even need further design additions to your site or product photographs shot.

We offer a range of monthly support packages over 3, 6 or 12 months, all of which include the following:

• General maintenance, content changes or even new development
• Priority service over non-support client’s work
• Testing of all your web sites’ pages, links and images
• Testing of website contact forms
• Testing of your default email account
• Annual search engine health check (12 month package only)
• Browser compatibility testing (as new browsers or versions are launched)
• Ongoing email and telephone technical support
• Ongoing administration of your web site domains and e-mail accounts
• Quarterly reporting
