A QUICK OVERVIEW

We were tasked with designing and developing a functional website for the new brand identity and support the launch of the two new whiskies, and to expand the brand’s digital online presence.

The objectives set by Chivas Brothers were to attract their target audience and encourage malt whisky enthusiasts to discover the unique flavour profiles of the two whisky’s and explore the Distillery’s heritage.

The finer details…

We designed and developed a functional one page website using PHP framework.The one page design makes it extremely simple to navigate for the end user. There is a navbar which remains at the top of the site during scrolling, making it easy for the user to navigate between sections.

The Results

To reach out to their target audience, we designed the website with a luxurious and high quality touch, reinforcing the purity of the spirit and the handcrafted feel which has been implemented in the refreshed packaging design. The design is simple and neutral to enhance the images, branding and illustrations.

When the user visits the site they initially see the range of two Whiskies divided into two sections to help visually differentiate the products. The user can then click on their whisky of choice for further information, to help decipher the whisky with the flavour profile most suited to them. When the user scrolls down they can find out more information about the Master Distiller, history of the distillery and it’s region.
