Click Dental - The Brand

Overview

Rubber Cheese were awarded the contract to launch the new dental division of Waymade Healthcare, one of the largest prescription license holders in the UK, after a 4 way pitch process. They were entering the competitive dental supplies market and required an eCommerce solution that will be a fundamental part of the sales channel for their latest brand.

This project had one clear objective: Establish the new division as a market leader in the Dental Supply sector. 

Month on Month Sales Increase

Results

Not only were Rubber Cheese contracted as the Creative Partner for the new website design but for the entire creative role, from Brand Creation to 300 page Product Catalogue Design. Items included: Company Name, Visual Identity, Stationery & Marketing Materials, Advertising Campaign, Monthly Mini Product Catalogue, 300 Page Product Catalogue.

Again following our documented design process, Paul Wright carried out all of the research and consultation with the client. The brand creation and site design was created by Paul with Kelly Molson working in a production role designing the Advertising Campaign and Catalogue. Rachael Hudson worked in a supporting role to both. Kelly Molson handled the client relationship and project managed the design stage, also ensuring the relationship between the printers and client ran smoothly.

Following the site launch, industry feedback has been unanimous; The Click Dental website is now seen as a benchmark for all Dental Supply companies, something we are hugely proud of. Website sales continue to increase on a monthly basis as the new brand establishes itself in the market place.

At the beginning of September 2009 Waymade PLC made the strategic decision to enter the Dental Supplies market. In order to compete, a new division, brand, marketing materials and product catalogue would need to be created. We chose Rubber Cheese above other potential suppliers for their experience, professionalism, and customer values which were closely aligned to ours. The strength of their past experience and creativity also played a part but more the fact that they challenged the original brief and highlighted a service level differentiator. Rubber Cheese identified a gap in the market for a quality eCommerce dental supplies website. We've been delighted with the level of service and care we receive, they always go the extra mile, deliver on time and do what they promise. The website has now been identified as a benchmark for all dental supply companies. Bearing in mind it only launched in March 2010 this is a huge success.
