is our Project Manager
Emma is a brilliant and bubbly Project Manager, with over 15 years of experience working with clients across the design, automotive and telecommunication sectors. She's now responsible for managing and delivering the projects here at Rubber Cheese Towers.
In her role, she combines her love of art and design (she's a qualified Interior Designer) with her experience in client-facing environments. This combination makes her highly effective at managing multiple creative projects to a high level of detail.
Project management is about planning time and resources effectively, so while most people have a plan B, Emma has a plan C, D and E!
In her spare time, she's an avid baker and cake decorator (we're happy test subjects). Plus, she has a penchant for adventure and has scuba dived in some breathtaking locations.
If that wasn't enough, she's also heavily involved in charity work. She works with Kids Inspire - a charity that supports children and young adults across Essex who are at an educational, social or economic disadvantage because of trauma or mental health issues.
"I joined as a volunteer as I wanted to have a more hands-on approach when giving something back to my local community. I began working with some of the children who had quite complex issues, who needed more one-on-one support rather than group activities. Seeing a child whos struggling within their environment go on to develop self-esteem, confidence and feelings of self-worth is worth every second."
This year, she was asked to become an Ambassador for the charity, which involves working with schools, universities, councils and other services to help to raise funds and awareness.
“Whatever the project, we create innovative, user-friendly solutions that make a positive, measurable impact on your business.”
